Chief Financial Officer / Director

Stuart has been with Advanced Piping Systems from the very beginning, and worked his way up in the family business from employee to manager, partner, and now Director. His role in the business now, is to oversee the company’s finances, including Forex, credit control, payment, insurance, legal and compliance, as well as HR documentation. He is nationally accredited as a Polyethylene pipeline buttwelder and electrofusion welder.

Caleb Craig

Director

Caleb has been with Advanced Piping Systems since finishing school and has worked in all areas of the business. Caleb specialises in large customer projects and tenders, and manages the Sales Team. Caleb is also a company Director and board member. Working with HDPE and industrial high-pressure piping across Australia, for more than 15 years, Caleb is a highly skilled advisor in the industry. His passion for quality service has helped embed the APS culture of listening, understanding, and delivering. No problem is ever too big, and he and the team work closely and quickly together to solve issues. He is also nationally accredited as a Polyethylene pipeline buttwelder and electrofusion welder.

Nathan Craig

Director

Nathan has been working at Advanced Piping Systems since he was 18 and has worked in all areas of the business from store, warehousing, and purchasing, to business development, marketing, and prefabrication. He is now managing the purchasing and marketing team and is also a Director and board member. Nathan’s wealth of experience is shared amongst the business through the Advanced Piping Academy, which all staff attend on an ongoing basis. Nathan is also nationally accredited as a Polyethylene pipeline buttwelder and electrofusion welder.

Mark Dowley

Business Development Manager (WA/SA)

Mark is an experienced Sales Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction, mining and civil industries.

Mark has a solid understanding of HDPE Fittings and their application in large scale projects and has a very keen eye for detail.
Mark has completed the HDPE Welding Certification and hold a Diploma in Business and Certificate IV in Finance.

Paul Narancic

Business Development Manager (SA/NT)

Paul supports a number of large mining, civil, water treatment and irrigation businesses with the sale of PE fittings and prefabrication solutions for projects in SA and NT. Paul has the ability to provide technical knowledge and can read CAD drawings to ensure customer projects are managed and fabricated efficiently and effectively. Paul has been working with Advanced Piping Systems for 8 years and began his training in the Customer Service team. He is also nationally accredited as a Polyethylene pipeline buttwelder and electrofusion welder.

Matt Gooden

Business Development Manager (QLD)

Matt Gooden has over 10 years HDPE pipe fabrication experience in the Mining, Civil and Water Treatment industries. Matthew has worked with remote QLD mines on large projects short and long term and understands the importance of delivering on time and in full every time.
Matthew’s depth of product knowledge coupled with his sharp eye for detail allows him to interpret complex fabrication drawings. Matt is known to provide alternative solutions for customers that support a more efficient approach, saving our customers time and money.

Melvin Joyce

Area Sales Manager (VIC)

Experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the HDPE Industry. Melvin is skilled in negotiation, customer service, sales, and strategic planning.

Martin Auliff

Area Sales Manager (NSW)

Martin provides clarity and experience business development and managerial skills. I have a thorough understanding of the sales cycle which has been honed over a 20 year career. I have relevant experience and substantial knowledge of pipeline systems, historical failure modeling and non-destructive testing, including; waste water, water treatment, gas, instrumentation, rotating machinery, pumps, separation systems and heat transfer applications that applyed in the engineering, mining, fabrication and water treatment market with the ability to collaborate with engineers, designers and architects. I am a strong lateral thinker with a proven ability to support, market and manage industrial applications.

Andrew Chawynski

Experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of more than 20 years of working in the civil, irrigation, mining and engineering industries. Skilled in Customer Service, Business Development and Sales Management.
Andrew’s knowledge of the HDPE industry and fabrication process of over 20 years along with his exceptional business relationship skills earns him a front seat on customer projects as a guide for selecting the right HDPE fittings for your project.

Anna Duffield

Customer Service

Anna has been a successful Customer Service operator with Advanced Piping Systems for over 4 years. Anna has a good understanding of our product range and is an expert when it comes Welder selection, freight costs and HDPE fittings application.

Anna’s sunny disposition, experience and efficiency is always a welcome voice on the end of the telephone.
Anna has also completed the Poly Welding Course.

Matthew Pereira

Customer Service

Matthew Pereira is an experienced Customer Service operator with a wealth of knowledge in reading fabrication drawings, welder selection and fittings application.

Matthew’s friendly demeanor, product experience and customer centric focus makes him a huge asset to the customer service team.
